South Tees Hospital is an NHS service providing a single point of access for all maternity referrals in the following areas: Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland, Hambleton or Richmond. Important: This referral form is for your community care during pregnancy – not for the place you wish to give birth. Your community care during pregnancy is based on your HOME ADDRESS. If you do not live in Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland, Hambleton or Richmond please select the 'change location' option at the bottom of this page and complete a referral form to your local maternity hospital.. The aim is to make sure you have access to the right care from day one. South Tees Hospital will triage your referral based on the information you provide and the hospital will contact you to start your antenatal care. In the meantime if you are worried about your pregnancy, please tell your GP straight away.
