Congratulations on your pregnancy! Whether this is your first time, or you’ve been on a maternity journey before, the first step is to refer your pregnancy so that you can access the right care from day one. This portal allows you, or the woman you are referring on behalf of, select one of the following hospitals: Good Hope Hospital, Heartlands Hospital, or Birmingham Women’s Hospital. If you would like to refer yourself to any other hospital then please contact your GP practice. Once you have informed us of your pregnancy, the Birmingham and Solihull Local Maternity & Neonatal System (LMNS) will send your details to your chosen hospital, who will then contact you to start antenatal care. If, for any reason, you are worried about your pregnancy in the meantime, please contact your GP immediately. Click the button below to start your referral. It is quick and easy and should only take around ten minutes to complete. Congratulations once again on your pregnancy – we look forward to welcoming you on the journey.
