BSOL LMNS - BUMP is an NHS service providing a single point of access for all maternity referrals in the the Birmingham and Solihull area. The aim is to make sure you have access to the right care from day one. BSOL LMNS - BUMP will triage your referral based on the information you provide and the hospital will contact you to start your antenatal care. In the meantime if you are worried about your pregnancy, please tell your GP straight away.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! PLEASE READ THE REMAINDER OF THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY, OTHERWISE THIS MAY CAUSE DELAYS IN YOUR REFERRAL BEING PROCESSED. You must be registered with a GP in the Birmingham/ Solihull area to complete this form (excluding West Birmingham area, see below for further info). If your GP is not listed, please contact your GP surgery/ Midwife.  DO NOT SELECT ANY GP. Your pregnancy care will be provided by a team of midwives based on which GP surgery you are registered with. Search for your GP by the postcode of the practice you are registered with. You can request care at: Good Hope Hospital, Heartlands Hospital, Birmingham Women’s Hospital, Sandwell and West Birmingham - City Hospital, Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Warwick Hospital - South Warwickshire Hospitals, University Hospital Coventry. You will need your NHS number (if you don't know this, you can find it here: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/online-services/find-nhs-number/) and you need to enter the approximate date of your last menstrual period for the form to be processed.
